In the VIREB area last month, sales of single-family homes totaled 236, marking a decrease of 2% from the previous November and a 3% drop from October.
Condo apartment sales in November reached 56, reflecting a 4% increase from the same month last year but a 7% decline from October. Sales in the row/townhouse sector saw 50 units sold, up 9% compared to the same month last year, yet showing a 14% decrease from October 2023.
The number of active listings for single-family homes stood at 1,040 in November, a decrease from the 1,195 listings seen a year earlier. The inventory of condo apartments in November was 285, slightly up from 284 in November 2022. Row/townhouse listings were at 282 last month, an increase from 266 listed in the same month the previous year.
Benchmark prices for November were as follows.

- Apartment – $388,300 (up 1% y-o-y)
- Townhouse – $555,000 (up 3% y-o-y)
