Meeting Jeff was the most fortunate thing that could have happened to my family this year.
Jeff answered the call of our then (also excellent) realtor, when we were in a conflict. Jeff not only came on board on extremely short notice, but also met us at the property, negotiated a successful offer and was extremely thorough. While that offer did not pan out to be our place, we continued the relationship and over the next few months he continued to search and show potential homes while being very, very thorough and keeping our interest first and foremost. His clients come first, and he means it. He showed up with boots and gloves when we were under pressure to help us meet deadlines. His contracts are thorough and solid (and as a paralegal, I mean that!). Buying and selling, and especially for us, is an incredibly stressful time. He always checked in on us, talked us through the storm, and had the guts to pull me back when my ideas started to wander.

My husband and I could not feel more thankful that we chose Jeff Hunter to be our realtor!
We are an elderly couple and we had started looking for a home during the Covid-driven real estate buying panic. After 2-1/2 years of trying to not get caught up in the panic, we were getting desparate! Once we found Jeff, we were especially appreciative of his patiently listening to expressing our needs and listening to our questions especially at those times when we were also bordering on information overload.
In spite of the fact that we wanted to live in rural community that was not within an easy reach of Jeff's office, he didn't hesitate to represent our search in the market of our choice.
