January saw 47 condo apartments sold, reflecting a twelve percent rise from the same period last year and a twenty-one percent increase from December. In the row/townhouse category, 40 units were sold last month, showing a fourteen percent increase from the previous year and a three percent increase from December.
Active listings of single-family homes totaled 807 in January, down from 861 the previous year. Condo apartment inventory reached 258 last month, up from 239 twelve months ago. Row/townhouse listings amounted to 282 in January, compared to 239 the previous year.
